Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €300, while it costs €6.00 for orders under €300.Fast delivery in 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Europe it's FREE for orders over €300,00, it has a cost of €10.00 for orders under €300,00.

What is Servati's policy for returns?

Orders placed on servati.it

When you purchase Servati items online, you can return them free of charge within 14 days after delivery of your online order, as long as they have not been worn or washed and still have the original label. The policy also does NOT apply to custom sneakers.

How to make a free size change?

If you have purchased one of our products on servati.it and are not convinced about the size you have chosen, don't worry, we will take care of replacing your pair of shoes by sending a new one with the correct size.

Log in from the order email or site to the “View Your Order” section. Then:

1. Enter the order section;
2. Click on request return;
3. In the notes specify “I want to make a free size change” and the new size desired.

From here on we will handle your request by sending you a new pair of shoes in the size you specified. When the courier arrives you will return the old package. You will not have to print anything, we will take care of everything.

How to make a free return?

If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied with your purchase and don't think even a free size change can help you.

Access from the order email or from the site to the “View Your Order” section. Then:

1. Enter the order section
2. Click on request return;
3. In the notes specify the reason for the return.
4. Print and fill out the module that you will need to place inside the package before shipping.

As soon as your return request is approved you will receive an email from the courier with all the instructions for making the return. You will see your refund within a few days.

I customized the shoes but the size is wrong, can i return them?

We are sorry for the inconvenience but custom shoes do not enjoy the right of return. If you are in doubt about the size, please consult our guide and then choose the ideal size for you
